July update

Well,.... .Kaila is moving back in, temporarily she has assured us. I am currently emptying the pool so I can refill it. Though I tested the water, and had it tested professionally... and there is NOTHING wrong with it (the Ph was perfect, chlorine level was good, no phosphates or algae, etc) but the water was totally cloudy. I could not even put my arm in the water to my elbow and my hand had already disappeared. So, I am draining it and starting over. The annoying aspects are that I spent a lot on a new filter since we couldn't afford passes to 7 Peaks..., my water bill will suck for a while because using 10,000 gallons of water only costs $7.50 (much less than the chemicals I tried using to clear the pool up) but the sewer bill also goes up accordingly. And, it was a nice and comfortable temperature and now it will be freezing cold for a while. On the bright side, it will be nice and clean..... :) (and that is what is more important, right?)

I have family coming in soon. I am excited to see them, and to have a week off!!

I bet you will be glad to have Kaila back. I really miss my kids when they leave home. My oldest may never come back home to live, even though I am wishing she would. I really miss her.

I don't blame you it would weird me out to swim in cloudy water even if it did test okay. I hope you have fun with your family and the sun warms up the water fast! :)

I swear there's a chemical for that. Did you ask? I swear I have one in my cupboard. I'll have to ask JD. (In case it happens again.)

Have a fun time off!

I know this is sick...but make people shower their lotion and deodorant off before getting in. That's why it's cloudy, even though the chlorine kills the germs.
